It is an inevitable effect of playing Texas Hold’em, or for that matter any kind of poker.
Seeing as we are assumingly (nearly all of us) in the game for one purpose – to make a profit, it does make sense that we will play accordingly to maximize profits. Now let us say you are up $100 off of a 100 dollars deposit, and you suffer a gigantic hit in a No Limits game and your stack is down to $120.
